This Service Agreement governs the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the CargoSafe / Los Parkers platform. By accessing or using the Platform, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service
CargoSafe enables the monitoring of goods in transit through sensors (temperature, humidity, vibration, location), receiving alerts, and accessing historical reports.
3. User Rights and Obligations
- Use the system in accordance with the law and its intended purpose.
- Provide truthful information and keep credentials secure.
- Do not manipulate or falsify sensor data.
4. Responsibilities of Los Parkers
We commit to maintaining the platform to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability and are not responsible for failures caused by third parties (connectivity, sensors, power supply).
5. Security and Data Protection
We process data in compliance with applicable regulations. Users may request access, rectification, or deletion of their data when technically feasible.
6. Ethics, Transparency, and Professional Process
We adhere to the ethical principles of the ACM/IEEE and the CIP. Our development process is documented on GitHub: commit history, branches, pull requests, and evidence of the workflow.
7. Modifications and Termination
We may update these Terms with reasonable prior notice. Users may discontinue using the platform if they do not agree with the changes.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For any disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts of Lima Metropolitan area.
